NovaTOTS is led by Mr. Timothy Mo, a graduate of the National University of Singapore (Computer Science, 1998-2002). With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Mr. Mo has successfully designed and implemented systems for many of Singapore’s government ministries as well as multinational corporations (MNCs).
